Cancellation Policy

You can cancel Libravelle Luxe from Profile → Subscription.

After confirmation, Libravelle sends the cancellation to Mollie, retrieves the current provider status and records the result. The subscription page shows the effective end date. Luxe normally remains available through the already-paid period.

When the provider still allows it, a scheduled cancellation may be revoked before the effective end date. If a payment is pending, failed, refunded or charged back, access follows the verified provider status and applicable consumer law.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and do not automatically activate or extend Luxe. Use Customer Service in your account so the request can be linked securely to the correct payment.
